New Jersey A214 prohibits State contractors from selling, transferring, disclosing, or providing data to foreign adversaries. The Department of the Treasury will create a list of entities that engage in such activities, barring them from State contracts, subcontracts, and economic development subsidies. State agencies are also prohibited from banking with, investing in, or insuring with financial institutions that have sold data to foreign adversaries.
