Requires the Commissioner of Human Services, in consultation with the Secretary of Higher Education, to develop information about the federal Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and a link to the NJ 211 website. Each public institution of higher education must include this information with its initial offer of admission and via email upon each semester’s registration. The information must also include details on any food assistance programs offered by the institution or located in the community.
