Requires legislative approval for State Board of Education rules and repeals equity regulations.

Requires legislative approval for all rules and regulations promulgated by the State Board of Education, including adoption, amendment, or repeal of any rule or regulation. Repeals the entirety of the "Managing for Equity in Education" regulations found within chapter 7 of Title 6A of the New Jersey Administrative Code. The State board must submit the proposed rule or readoption to the Legislature, and the Legislature must adopt a concurrent resolution to approve or disapprove the rule or readoption.
