New Jersey A2025 requires that each basic life support ambulance and each volunteer first aid, rescue, and ambulance squad vehicle be equipped with a supply of epinephrine auto-injector devices. These ambulances must also be staffed by at least one emergency medical technician certified to administer an epinephrine auto-injector device. The bill does not affect any federal or state guidance, law, rule, regulation, or order regarding ambulance staffing levels. The provisions of this act will take effect 180 days after the date of enactment.
