New Jersey A1999 amends "Daniel's Law" to include municipal court administrators within its scope. The bill prohibits the disclosure of personal information, such as home addresses and phone numbers, of active, formerly active, or retired judicial officers, law enforcement officers, child protective investigators, prosecutors, and municipal court administrators, as well as their immediate family members. It also allows authorized persons to request the redaction or nondisclosure of such information from records and internet postings.
