Allows written palimony agreements without advice of counsel in New Jersey.

This bill amends New Jersey law to allow written palimony agreements to be entered into without the advice of counsel. Previously, such agreements required legal counsel for both parties to be considered binding. The change follows a New Jersey Supreme Court ruling that found the requirement unconstitutional, as it infringed on individual autonomy and disproportionately affected those unable to afford legal representation. The bill takes effect immediately upon enactment.
