Expands "Daniel's Law" to prohibit disclosure of personal information concerning court administrators and deputy court administrators.

The bill expands the scope of Daniel’s Law to also include municipal court administrators and deputy administrators. It prohibits the disclosure of personal information, including home addresses and unlisted telephone numbers, of these public officials and their immediate family members. Authorized persons can request redaction or nondisclosure of this information. The bill also establishes the Office of Information Privacy within the Department of Community Affairs to manage these requests. Violations of the law can result in criminal prosecution and civil action.
