New Jersey A1980 amends the state's statutes to grant noncertificated employees of school districts the same military service credit for compensation purposes as certificated employees. This applies to employees hired after the bill's effective date who have served in the military after July 1, 1940. The credit cannot exceed four employment or adjustment increments.
