New Jersey Nonprofit Security Grant Program increases grant amounts and removes restrictions.

The New Jersey Nonprofit Security Grant Program provides grants to eligible nonprofit organizations at high risk of terrorist attacks and other violent acts. The bill increases the maximum grant for security personnel from $10,000 to $25,000 per grant cycle and allows organizations to receive multiple grants for non-contiguous properties, up to a total of $75,000 per year. It also raises the maximum target-hardening equipment grant from $50,000 to $100,000 per grant cycle and removes the prohibition on receiving both a target-hardening equipment grant and a personnel grant in the same year.
