New Jersey A1919 allows voters to apply for mail-in ballots electronically through a Secretary of State website up to seven days before an election.

New Jersey A1919 introduces an electronic mail-in ballot application process for voters. Voters can submit their application to vote by mail using an electronic form available on a website maintained by the Secretary of State up until seven days before an election. The application must be signed electronically in the Statewide Voter Registration System and submitted to the appropriate county clerk. The electronic form must include the same information as a paper application.
