This bill amends the law to include the Sons of The American Legion in the list of organizations whose representatives can receive paid leave to attend state or national conventions. The leave includes travel time and is limited to five days per year. The bill also removes two defunct organizations from the list. The leave is not cumulative and unused leave is canceled at the end of the year.
