Adds Vietnam Veterans of America to leave of absence list for State and national conventions.
This bill amends existing law to include Vietnam Veterans of America on the list of organizations whose representatives can receive a leave of absence with pay to attend State and national conventions. The leave of absence must cover the duration of the convention and reasonable travel time. Representatives are limited to five days' leave of absence with pay each calendar year. The bill also removes two defunct organizations from the list.
