Amends New Jersey law to revise provisions concerning the licensure of ambulatory care facilities.

This bill revises provisions of New Jersey law concerning the licensure of ambulatory care facilities. It removes restrictions on the issuance of new licenses to ambulatory care facilities proposing relocation, and requires the Department of Health to post inspection reports and license suspensions on its website within 72 hours. It mandates that entities providing magnetic resonance imaging or computerized axial tomography services obtain a license from the department.
