Expands epinephrine administration mechanisms permitted in schools.

This bill modifies current law regulating the method in which epinephrine is administered in schools during emergency circumstances where a pupil is experiencing anaphylaxis. Specifically, the bill allows any FDA approved epinephrine administration mechanism to be used during an in-school anaphylaxis emergency, not just a pre-filled auto-injector. The school nurse must determine that designees have been properly trained and that parents or guardians provide written authorization and physician orders.
