Establishes Anti-Bullying Youth Council to advise Anti-Bullying Task Force on bullying in schools.

The bill establishes an Anti-Bullying Youth Council to advise the Anti-Bullying Task Force on bullying in New Jersey schools. The council consists of 25 members, including four nonvoting legislative members and 21 public members who are students. The council will research, analyze, discuss, and make recommendations to the task force on ways to prevent and respond to bullying. The council will expire upon the expiration of the Anti-Bullying Task Force.
