Establishes the "Revolutionary War Park Study Commission" to evaluate forming a National Historical Park.

This bill establishes the "Revolutionary War Park Study Commission" to evaluate the feasibility of creating a National Historical Park that would include Washington Crossing State Park, Trenton Battle Monument, and Princeton Battlefield State Park.
