Establishes Statewide Opioid Antidote Coordinator position to oversee opioid antidote purchasing and distribution.

The bill establishes the position of Statewide Opioid Antidote Coordinator within the Department of Human Services. The Coordinator will oversee the bulk purchasing and distribution of opioid antidotes for state, county, and local agencies, as well as for emergency medical response entities, law enforcement agencies, and other specified entities. The Coordinator will also work with various governmental entities to support their duties related to opioid antidotes. The Coordinator will maintain a public information website about opioid antidotes.
