This bill authorizes the creation and issuance of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. license plates in New Jersey. The Chief Administrator of the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission will issue these plates upon proper application. The design will include words or a slogan and an emblem honoring the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. The chief administrator will select the design and color scheme in consultation with the Eastern Regional Director of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. The plates will be subject to certain provisions, except as otherwise provided.
