This bill allows for voter registration at polling places on election day or at early voting sites during the early voting period. It also allows a person who has not registered to vote by the 21-day deadline to register at a polling place on the day of the election or at an early voting site during the early voting period. This bill also allows a person to cast a provisional ballot if the person has registered to vote within the period of 21 days before the election if the person can affirm that the person has not previously voted in that election.
