New Jersey wineries producing over 250,000 gallons annually can ship wine directly to consumers.

The bill amends New Jersey law to allow wineries producing more than 250,000 gallons of wine per year to directly ship wine to consumers. This applies to both New Jersey wineries and out-of-state wineries that meet the production threshold. The license allows for the shipment of up to 12 cases of wine per year, with each case not exceeding nine liters. The original invoice must be available for inspection by state authorities for three years.
