Establishes a task force to study and recommend best practices for police body cameras in New Jersey.

The bill establishes the "Police Body Camera Implementation Task Force" to study and recommend best practices for the use of body cameras by law enforcement officers in New Jersey. The task force will consider implementation requirements and rules for accessing and using body camera recordings. The task force will consist of 17 members, including chairs of relevant committees, the Attorney General, the Public Defender, and representatives from various law enforcement and advocacy groups.
