Establishes the "New Jersey Reparations Task Force" to study and develop reparations proposals for African-Americans in New Jersey.

The bill establishes the "New Jersey Reparations Task Force" within the Department of State to study and develop reparations proposals for African-Americans in New Jersey. The task force will examine the institution of slavery, its lingering effects, and systemic racial discrimination.
