New Jersey A1660 amends state law to permit a representative of the National Association of County Veteran Service Officers to take leave of absence with pay to attend state or national conventions. The leave must cover the duration of the convention and include reasonable travel time. The leave is capped at five days per calendar year and is non-cumulative.
