Changes eligibility of Administrative Law Judges from DCRP to PERS.
This bill changes the retirement system for Administrative Law Judges in New Jersey from the Defined Contribution Retirement Program (DCRP) to the Public Employees' Retirement System (PERS). Judges currently participating in DCRP will be transferred to PERS, with their service credit and accumulated deductions accounted for in the new system. The unfunded liability for this transfer will be paid by the State.
