New Jersey A1556 authorizes the State Treasurer to sell surplus real property and improvements in the Borough of Lodi, Bergen County. The property, known as the Lodi Armory, includes 4.01± acres of land and improvements. The sale is subject to terms and conditions approved by the State House Commission. As a condition of the sale, the County of Bergen must lease back approximately 6,000 square feet and up to 45 parking spaces from the "Motor Vehicle Storage Building" within the property. The sale price is set at $4,100,000.
