New Jersey A1541 establishes a voluntary farm pesticide, herbicide, and fertilizer collection and disposal program.

New Jersey A1541 establishes a voluntary farm pesticide, herbicide, and fertilizer collection and disposal program. The Department of Environmental Protection, in consultation with the Department of Agriculture, will create this program to collect, transport, and dispose of unused pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers from commercial farms. The program will also recycle pesticide, herbicide, and fertilizer containers. Participation by commercial farms is voluntary.
