The commission will ensure native seeds are commercially available at a reasonable cost and in adequate supply. The commission will include the Secretary of Agriculture, the Commissioner of Environmental Protection, and the Commissioner of Transportation, or their designees, and six public members appointed by the Governor. The commission will expire 30 days after submitting its final report.
