Allows breweries to operate off-premises salesrooms and permits joint salesrooms for breweries and wineries.

This bill modifies New Jersey's alcoholic beverage licensing laws to allow limited brewery license holders to operate up to 15 salesrooms apart from the brewery premises. Currently, only wineries producing 250,000 gallons or less per year have this privilege. The bill also permits limited brewery license holders and winery license holders producing 250,000 gallons or less per year to jointly operate a salesroom on the same premises.
