This bill establishes procedures for the sale of State-owned properties used by agencies or organizations providing housing to adults with developmental disabilities. It allows these agencies or organizations to pay off any lien placed against the property at a rate of 50 percent. The Department of the Treasury is authorized to transfer any revenues or proceeds from the sale to the agency or organization.
