New Jersey A1454 mandates removal of double utility poles within five business days after electric public utilities notify the pole owners.

New Jersey A1454 requires the owner or owners of pole attachments on a double utility pole to remove the attachments within 10 business days after an electric public utility notifies them of the double utility pole's existence. The pole attachment owners must then inform the double utility pole owners once all attachments are removed. The double utility pole owners must remove the pole within five business days of receiving this notification.
