Allows veterans and family members to pay in-State tuition during remote instruction due to public health emergencies.

This bill amends the New Jersey Tuition Equality for America's Military (NJTEAM) Act to ensure that veterans and their family members who qualify for federal educational assistance can continue to pay in-State tuition rates at public institutions of higher education during periods of mandatory remote instruction due to public health emergencies.
