Revises penalty for criminal trespassing while carrying a firearm in New Jersey.

This bill revises the penalty for criminal trespassing while carrying a firearm in New Jersey. It makes it a crime of the fourth degree if the person commits the offense while possessing a firearm, regardless of whether the person holds a valid permit to carry a handgun. The bill also makes it a crime of the third degree if the person commits the offense while possessing a firearm in certain locations, such as a school or on school property.
