Establishes ARRIVE Together Program for coordinated mental health crisis response.

The bill establishes the ARRIVE Together Program within the Department of Law and Public Safety to provide coordinated responses to individuals experiencing mental health or substance use crises. It requires the Attorney General to issue guidelines for mental health services providers to contract with law enforcement agencies. Personal identifying information obtained through the program is confidential and exempt from public disclosure. Participating law enforcement agencies must designate a crisis response support coordinator.
