New Jersey A139 prohibits online advertisements for casino gaming and sports wagering on platforms intended for children.

New Jersey A139 prohibits casino licensees and sports wagering licensees, and their employees, agents, and contracted operators, from posting, distributing, broadcasting, disseminating, or otherwise making viewable to the public any casino gaming or sports pool related advertising via the Internet or any other web-based platform intended for use by individuals under the age of 12, including mobile applications, and from sponsoring or financing any such advertisements in this State.
