Decriminalizes manufacture and certain possession of slingshots in New Jersey.

This bill amends New Jersey law to remove "slingshots" from the definition of a "weapon." It decriminalizes the possession or manufacture of a slingshot, except for antique firearms or curios and relics. The bill also removes slingshots from the list of prohibited weapons and devices. The provisions do not apply to weapons used for living historical reenactments or to fire blank ammunition.
