New Jersey A1158 mandates retailers to issue rainchecks for digital coupon advertised goods or services that are out of stock.

New Jersey A1158 requires retail establishments to provide a raincheck for at least 60 days if an advertised item in a digital coupon is unavailable. This raincheck allows consumers to purchase the same product, service, or benefit at the same price, discount, or terms as advertised. A digital coupon is defined as any store coupon, rebate, or discount advertised in a weekly circular or online, redeemable at a retail location via a personal computing device.
