New Jersey A114 allows candidates to file a sworn statement attesting to their understanding of and adherence to Election Law Enforcement Commission.

New Jersey A114 amends the state's election laws to allow candidates to file a sworn statement, currently known as form A-1 for single candidates and A-2 for joint candidates, established by the Election Law Enforcement Commission (ELEC) to certify that they will adhere to the reporting requirements of the State’s campaign expenditures and reporting law at the same time that they file their nominating petition.
