Clarifies extension of driver's license, identification card, and motor vehicle registration expiration dates for certain military personnel.

This bill clarifies that the driver’s license, non-driver identification card, or motor vehicle registration certificate of any active duty member of the Armed Forces of the United States, and any person in the member’s immediate family, is to remain valid beyond the expiration date until the earlier of the following dates: (1) 90 days after the date for which active duty service is scheduled to end, as provided on documentation issued by a branch of the Armed Forces of the United States; or (2) 90 days after the person’s return to the State.
