Prohibits smoking within 20 feet of outdoor areas adjacent to indoor public places or workplaces.

Amends the "New Jersey Smoke-Free Air Act" to prohibit smoking within 20 feet of the exterior of any building that is an indoor public place or workplace. This includes areas outside of indoor public places or workplaces, except for certain exceptions like tobacco retail establishments, tobacco businesses, casinos, and specific cigar bars and cigar lounges. The law also continues to prohibit smoking in any area of any building of, or on the grounds of, any public or nonpublic elementary or secondary school, regardless of whether the area is indoors or outdoors.
