New Jersey A1107 amends the "New Jersey Smoke-Free Air Act" to prohibit smoking within a distance of 20 feet from the exterior of any building that is an indoor public place or workplace. This includes areas outside of indoor public places or workplaces, except for establishments that qualify for an exception, such as tobacco retail establishments, tobacco businesses, casinos, and certain cigar bars and cigar lounges.
