New Jersey A1101 requires the establishment of a longitudinal data system that maintains individual data from preschool through entry into the workforce. The Secretary of Higher Education, the Commissioner of Education, and the Commissioner of Labor and Workforce Development will jointly establish a working group to develop this system.
