Establishes a Red Tape Review Task Force to improve New Jersey's regulatory process and eliminate burdensome requirements.

The bill establishes a Red Tape Review Task Force to investigate ways to improve New Jersey's regulatory process, eliminate burdensome red tape, and promote job creation and retention, economic growth, and investment in New Jersey. The task force will consist of nine members, including the Lieutenant Governor, the Chief Counsel to the Governor, and other state officials. The Lieutenant Governor may appoint additional members to provide expertise and representation for non-profit organizations, businesses, workers, and local governments.
