New Hampshire SB650 modifies the definition of "cannabis" to include all parts of the Cannabis genus, except mature stalks, fiber, oil, or cake. It prohibits alternative treatment centers from using products with THC levels over 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis, including delta-8 THC, delta-9 THC, and synthetic THC.
