New Hampshire SB646 mandates mental health and substance use disorder treatment reimbursements to be at least as favorable as those for primary care.

New Hampshire SB646 establishes that health insurers, health service corporations, and health maintenance organizations must ensure that reimbursements for mental health and substance use disorder treatment services are, on average, at least as favorable as those for professional services provided by non-hospital affiliated primary care providers.
