Allows the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce to maintain an advertising device promoting nonprofit events and places of interest in downtown.
New Hampshire SB632 amends RSA 236:74, IV to allow the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce or its successor organization to erect and maintain one advertising device in the current location of an existing offsite sign. This device can promote nonprofit events and places of interest in the downtown area of Concord, with up to 20 percent of the display for for-profit entities to offset costs. The device must comply with Concord's zoning and sign ordinances, be internally lit, and allow for a change in message or promotion up to four times in any 24-hour period.
