The bill establishes a committee to study options for family members of intentional homicide victims where the department of justice does not file charges. The committee will review relevant laws of other states, determine if they can be implemented in New Hampshire, and investigate systemic problems with the investigatory process. It also repeals the refugee resettlement program in the department of health and human services and prohibits expenditure of state funds on refugee resettlement. The bill also removes Hepatitis B from the immunization requirements for children residing in the state.
