New Hampshire SB622 amends RSA 638:26, I to redefine identity fraud, specifying that a person commits this offense by posing as another person or entity to obtain money, credit, goods, services, or anything of value. It also includes obtaining or using personal identifying information without authorization to pose as another person or entity, or to assist another in doing so. The bill takes effect January 1, 2027.
