Establishes a cold case commission to facilitate communication between the Department of Justice and families of cold case homicide victims.

The bill creates a cold case commission to serve as an intermediary between the Department of Justice and families of victims in cold case homicides. The commission will handle communications regarding the status of cold case investigations and assist with public communication. It will consist of two members from the Department of Justice, two family members of cold case homicide victims, and one member from the New Hampshire Coalition of Missing and Murdered Persons.
