New Hampshire SB610 allows the insurance commissioner to approve innovative short or long-term care policies.

New Hampshire SB610 amends RSA 415-D:5 to allow the insurance commissioner to approve innovative short or long-term care policies and rates. The commissioner may approve such policies if they find that the issuance is not contrary to the public interest and the benefits are reasonable. This act takes effect 60 days after its passage.
