Modifies language for intra-district public school transfers to include schools within school administrative units.

Amends RSA 193:3, I to allow parents or guardians to request a student's reassignment to another specific public school, public academy, or approved private school within the district or school administrative unit (SAU). The superintendent or provider of superintendent services must consider the student's needs and the requested school's capacity. If the student is reassigned to a school outside the district or SAU, the superintendent or provider of superintendent services must initiate the transfer.
