Establishes a committee to study school bullying and modifies teacher certification records and superintendent services.

The bill establishes a committee to study school bullying and develop recommendations for preventing it. The committee will be composed of one senator and three representatives, who will receive mileage compensation for their duties. It also modifies the exemption of teacher certification records from the right-to-know law to allow for the disclosure of educator certification status information. Additionally, the bill modifies the assignment of superintendent services to include any personnel assigned by the superintendent or school board.
